I asked for my refund on January 20, and here we are on February 10, 2023, still no sign of it. Seriously, spend your cash elsewhere. I’ll give it one more week, then I’m reaching out to the Better Business Bureau and the district attorney's office.

"Fast and Simple Tech Help"
Hey there, everyone! So, the day came when I got myself a new phone, and I found myself locked out of my HAA account since my old device had the 2FA token linked to it. Luckily, JANELLE from HAA stepped in to help me out. She sorted my problem in just a few minutes. I really appreciated the steps she took to confirm my identity and ensure I wasn't some random person trying to access my HAA account.

I gotta say, the customer service from Hard Assets Alliance is top-notch. We just cashed out all our assets and were looking to shut down the account. But we were worried about losing access to our account history online. They shot us a speedy email back, letting us know we could still get to the history. Once we asked them to close the account, they took care of it in no time. What a delight!

I reached out to Ms. Janelle for assistance with establishing my new Gold IRA. I had been shuffled around between HHA, Equity, US Money Reserve, and GBI, and I was on the verge of scrapping the entire process. Her poise, genuine interest, expertise, willingness to help, teaching skills, and professionalism really pulled me back from the brink. "My Experience with HAA's Services"
Between April 25th and 30th, I asked HAA to help me out with a few things. First off, I wanted them to sell some gold and silver coins for me. I also needed them to pull a few thousand bucks from my cash account and send it all to my home. The hitch? I forgot to tell HAA that I had moved to California last year. So, they couldn’t send me the cash without my new address on file. But that’s all sorted now, and the money should be heading my way soon. "Incredible Customer Support!"
The customer support team is just incredible! I had to reach out to them several times to sort out a problem, and every single person I spoke to was super friendly. Honestly, I kinda wish I had more issues to tackle (not really!! but you catch my drift!!). "Encountered some serious issues..."
I ran into quite a bit of hassle setting up my account and then logging in. It's a bit too complicated to go into detail. However, Janelle was a lifesaver and helped me sort it all out. She really knew her stuff, even recommending that I 'clear all data' on my Chrome browser! If Janelle represents the level of skill at HAA, I have a good feeling about this organization moving ahead.

"Grateful for HAA's Assistance Team"
Due to COVID, I couldn't easily reach HHA by phone to address an issue I was having with my two accounts. After I reached out to the HHA Support Group through e-mail regarding my issue, the HHA staff promptly resolved it. Since the matter was about establishing a new will, I really appreciated how quickly they handled it.
